Just as a sports coach helps athletes maximize their potential in a chosen sport, a life coach works with individuals who are committed to getting the most out of their lives. A coach takes the time to get to know you at the point where you are in your life right now. Together you explore what is working well for you, and what is not. The coach begins with the assumption that you have all the answers that are right for you, and helps you reach inside to find out what they are: what means the most to you, and what you need to feel fulfilled and excited about your life. Together you and your coach clarify who you are, identify what you really want, and discover how to move past thought patterns holding you back and get into action.
