Scheduling and Fees for Individual Coaching
If you are considering coaching, I offer a complimentary 30 minute coaching conversation. This gives us both an opportunity to decide if coaching is for you, and if the two of us work well together. If you hire me as a coach, I’ll send you questions to ponder and a fun assignment to look at the high points in your life thus far, and then we’ll schedule a two hour initial Discovery Session. The purpose is for me to get to know you better, and for us to clarify your values and identify your goals for the coaching.
I ask my clients for a six-month minimum commitment, since genuine change takes time. After six months, many report that they are coaching themselves. For ongoing progress after we are no longer working together, I love to help clients set up their own support group, or Happiness Team™, to meet with on a regular basis. Clients also know they are welcome to come back at any time for a few more sessions whenever they need it. For more feedback from my clients, you can read these testimonials.
My coaching sessions are generally 45 minutes, twice month. Clients sometimes prefer to meet in person, but coaching by phone also works surprisingly well and can be more convenient. I meet with clients in person in North Vancouver, British Columbia, but I also work with clients from many other areas by phone or one one of the many online platforms.
The initial two hour Discovery Session is $200. From that, I make a $25 donation to the North Shore Crisis Services Society for outreach and support of Sage House Women’s Shelter.
